COROL Sp. o.o. cooperates with company PYRO-KAT® - author of technologies of waste gases purification - catalytic, catalytic-adsorption methods and mineralization of organic waste and sludges. We specializes in choosing of correct technology and building "turn-key" installations basing on the 30-year experience in this field.
Ecological mineralization of solid, semi-solid, organic waste with producing of combustible gas and the full purification of post reaction gases.
One of the main problems of every economy is waste, including organic waste.
In the offer there is a technology based on the process of gasification and low-temperature pyrolysis and purification catalytic and adsorption methods of post-reaction gases.

The installation consists of at least one reaction chamber, where the process of gasification of solid, semi-liquid and liquid waste to organic gas and carbon monoxide takes place.
The gas is sent to catalytic afterburner, where a full catalytic oxidation of organics to H20 and CO2 takes place, with the emission of an enormous amount of post-reaction heat accompanying the process of catalysis. The heat is recovered in heat exchanger and the process is fully ecologically closed by the final adsorption filter.
The capacity of utilization installations developed are 1 tonne/24 hours, 10 tons/24 hours, 100 tons/24 hours, 300 tons/24 hours. The gas emitted to atmosphere from the process of utilization contains only 10 mg C/Nm3. It does not contain dioxines, furans or different compounds being a problem for high temperature utilization processes. The post-reaction waste in mineral contains no more than 1 % of organic carbon.
Our installations comply with all EU regulations referring to ecology.
Installations for catalytic purification of waste gases from organic compounds, CO2, NOx
In the offer there are catalytic after-burning of organic compounds in waste gases based on using flow, reverse-flow and reverse afterburners. The effect of after-burning of organic compounds in these processes of full organic oxidation is H2O and CO2 only. The process of oxidation in catalytic process with using our catalysts takes place in temperatures by several hundred degrees Celsius lower than in other purification processes e.g. thermal processes.
The most commonly implemented process is the one based on reverse-flow reactor, which is particularly useful when amount of organic compounds is 0,7-20 g/m3 in waste gases.
This process enables us to reach exceptionally low energy expenditure on purification of 1 m3 of gases at the level of approximately 2W, what is impossible in similar technological conditions for different purification processes.
Type of the developed installations is: 200, 500, 1.000, 2.000, 3.000, 4.500, 6.000, 9.000, 15.000, 20.000, 30.000 m3/h. Bigger units are built as the multiplied single modules of the type.
The guaranteed degree of purification for the installations built by us ranges depending on executing from 93 to 99,8%. In the processes catalysts based on pure platinum with admixtures, palladium or vanadium and oxide catalysts and catalysts reducing nitric oxides are used.
Adsorption-catalytic installations for purification of big amounts of air with small concentration of organic compounds.
Basic restriction for all known methods of purification of big volumes of air containing comparatively low, but dangerous amounts of organic compounds is enormous energy-consumption connected with gas purification even when catalytic methods described above are used. That is the reason of elaborating of PYRO-KAT technology that is free of this defect.Due to a fact that the technology being a combination of adsorption and catalysis was developed, where organic gases are initially gathered in adsorber and later desorbed by small catalytic afterburner, which always works autothermically during desorption.
The catalytic afterburner often cleans concentrations of organic compounds many tens times bigger then accepted by adsorber concentrations from production halls, mainly painting and drying halls.
The consumption of energy connected with purification of 1 m3 of gas is 1 W in this installation. The technology is recommended to purify gases with organic concentration from 2 mg/m3 to 700 mg/m3.
The adsorption-catalytic installations from 10.000 m3/h to 300.000 m3/h have been developed.
